ITME 2024 is the 14th International Conference on Information Technology in Medicine and Education, will be held from September 13-15, 2024, Guiyang, Guizhou, China. The conference this year is Technically Co-Sponsored by IEEE Computer Society, Sponsored by Guizhou Normal University, Xiamen University, and Co-Supported by Shandong Normal University, Swinburne University of Technology, Wuyi University, China Jiliang University, Iwate Prefectural University, Minnan Normal University, Wayne State University, Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology, Minjiang University, Minnan Science and Technology University.

Original papers are invited and submitted papers should not be previously published or currently under review for any other publication, submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore and other indexing databases.

The conference was supported by two SCI journals. After the conference, some excellent papers will be selected and expanded to be published in international SCI journals, such as Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience (IF: 2.0, CCF C journals). All experts are welcome to contribute and participate in this meeting.
