ITME 2026 is the 15th International Conference on Information Technology in Medicine and Education, will be held from November 20-22, 2026, Zhangzhou, Fujian, China. The conference this year is Technically Co-Sponsored by IEEE Computer Society, Sponsored by Minnan Normal University, Xiamen University, and Co-Supported by Shandong Normal University, Swinburne University of Technology, Guizhou Normal University, Wayne State University, Wuyi University, China Jiliang University, Iwate Prefectural University, Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology, Minjiang University, Minnan Science and Technology University.

Original papers are invited and submitted papers should not be previously published or currently under review for any other publication, submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore and other indexing databases.

This year's conference has received the support from several international SCI journals. After the conference, some excellent papers will be selected and recommended to these international SCI journals, such as IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine (IF: 11.2, JCR Q1), Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience (IF: 1.5, JCR Q3, CCF C). All experts are welcome to contribute and participate in this meeting.
