For overseas authors and participants, please complete the registration and payment according to the following methods.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the fee before August 22, 2024.

The registration fee is $550 for a paper (IEEE member is $500), each paper is allowed to 5 pages, if your paper exceeds 5 pages, you have to pay additional $50 for each extra page.

Each paper registration fee only allows an author of conference participants. If two or more authors of a paper attend the conference, you need to pay extra $250 for each author. For non-paper attendees, the registration fee for each person is $250 (please be sure to make payment in advance).

The registration fee covers the conference proceedings, conference program guide, attendance at all technical sessions, lunches and Dinners, coffee breaks, conference gifts. Traveling and lodging fees are not included.

If you make the online payment, you don't need send your receipt of payment to us.
2. Please download the "ITME2024 Registration Form.doc" from the website. After completing the form, please email it to itme21@163.com before August 22, 2024.

对中国境内作者，请按照下面的方法完成注册和缴费：
接受的每篇论文至少有一位作者须在2024年8月22日前注册交费。

每篇论文的注册费为人民币3500元/篇（IEEE会员注册费为人民币3300元/篇，必须为文章第一作者或通讯作者，需要提供IEEE会员证扫描件），正常每篇论文允许5页，如您的论文超过5页，超出的每个页面需要额外支付人民币300元。

对于无投稿、无录用论文、一篇论文两位或两位以上作者的参会人员，每位需提前注册交纳1750元（会议现场不方便办理交费,请提前注册交费）。

每份注册费包括一篇论文的版面费、论文集CD一张、一位作者的会务费（包括会议期间午餐、欢迎晚宴、茶歇、会议资料等），但不包括交通及住宿费用。
